So as I was taking this picture, some guy was walking behind me and said something about someone having their hand on their hip taking a picture 😂 🤣. I thought to myself, “this is why he will never be in shape.” The pictures keep me motivated and keeps accountable. But since he’s too consumed by his own self hate, he won’t bother to find out.

Hate is comfortable. Love is accountable.

Physique update

Current weight 182lbs
Height: 5’6”

Currently my training protocol looks like this:

Monday: full body strength and cardio
Tuesday: conditioning and cardio
Wednesday: upperbody strength and conditioning
Thursday: legs and cardio
Friday: cardio
Saturday: yoga
Sunday: Rest Day
My resting heart rate is: 52 bpm
Body fat is: 16%

I’m prioritizing having a stronger cardiovascular system so that my heart can be strong.
I’m also prioritizing sleep more so that my immune system can be strong.
Muscle mass is a sign of health, so I’m still lifting when I can.
I’m prioritizing rest because my blood pressure and overall well being has taken a hit these past few years working on 2 businesses.

Unpopular opinion here. If you have a fast metabolism why be upset that you can’t gain significant muscle mass? Just play to your strengths. Train at your capacity. For example; perform more functional lifts. More endurance based exercises. Focus on building lean muscle mass. No need to fit into what society is telling you this week. Play to your strengths and have fun doing it.
