👀Big update‼️
The FDA has announced that it’s initiating the removal of the longstanding “black box” warnings from many hormone replacement therapy (HRT) products used for menopausal symptoms like hot flashes and vaginal changes.

What this means for you:
• These therapies will now have labeling that reflects up to date science, rather than broad risk statements.
• Research shows starting HRT within 10 years of menopause or before age 60 may offer benefits in many cases.
• Important: HRT is still not without risks, and the decision to use it should be personalized based on your health history and goals.
