New year new me right! Now that we have settled into 2024 and set our focus on living a healthier life, eating right, working out, and reading more, let’s not neglect our mental health!

It’s time to begin the journey to happiness! Whether it’s through relationships, career, family, and or just needing someone to chat through your daily life struggles and joys we are here to help!

As we move into a new month I want to address an issue that is so heavily used in the mental health community… self-harm! While it may give temporary relief to a person who is dealing with an unwanted emotional response I want us to become more educated about it and know there are other ways to gain the temporary relief. 🌀See all slides for details🌀.
