You wouldn't need to labor down if you weren't strapped to a bed. If you are permitted to get up do so, move around, baby will fall right into where he or she needs to be.

Accepting help during postpartum does not equal failure in fact it's the complete opposite. Recognizing you have reached your physical/mental capacity makes you self aware/ in tune with your body. I can’t say it enough, we don’t get a badge for doing it alone! You don’t have to be superwoman. It’s okay to need support after baby’s arrival. No one will think less of you. It’s okay to fall apart at the seams no matter what number baby it is for you. You are human, with emotions that are valid. Don’t try to navigate motherhood/parenthood alone. It takes a village! Find your tribe, your support system. Lean in on them when you need them the most!

They were having a baby postpartum visit! Home girl took a nap 😂 she was supposed to be talking to little dude! 🤷🏾‍♀️ Well at least we got our postpartum visit complete with two happy babies!
