Stubborn fullness through the flanks and loose abdominal skin can be difficult to address with diet and exercise alone.

For this patient, Dr. Cash performed liposuction of the flanks, removing 750 mL from each side to improve contour and definition. A tummy tuck was also performed, along with hernia repair, removing 3.6 pounds of excess skin and tissue to create a smoother, more supported abdominal profile.
