I was out gardening this morning as I've recently began to have the desire to take care of my plants again. I've found that taking care of myself equates to taking care of my plants; when I'm doing well, my plants are doing well. My cactus has sprouted again after tossing out what was left of the previous one! Things don't do well if you don't take care of them. Find little moments each day to rebalance yourself through nature whether that be devoting to go on a walk, spending time with plants, or just siting outside absorbing in the sun. It's wild how much my brain health has improved by making this change a couple of weeks ago.

Once I'm up, I'm up. Its a blessing and a curse, but also a sign that your Crown Chakra is experiencing a block.

Clear Quartz and Amethyst are two key crystals used to help gain connection and clear any blockage your Crown Chakra can be going through, such as insomnia.

Testimony time 😩🙌

Rebel Sunflower was created a little over a month ago, and the changes that it has brought me is wild, yall. Call it crunchy, weird, whatever you want, but for me it has brought a sense of peace and overall better health (mental and physical).

Now I'm gonna shout out Luminous, because I've had plenty of sea moss gel, but the one I've seen most results with is Cacao. Having Premenstrual Dysmorphic Disorder, I was put on birth control two years ago to help settle hormones. The only downside with that was the constant, increasing weight gain. My highest earlier this year was 145lbs, nearing 146. For me who had dropped down to 122 prior to birth control, this was a lot for me. I began Cacao, because who doesn't like chocolate + a natural caffeine source? During the same time, we started Rebel, and my crystals have truly changed my lifestyle. Getting in tune with myself has allowed me to have a healthier life, and I'm proud to say I'm finally below 140 😭🙌 I havent been this low in almost, if not a year, and I hope to keep going down ☝️
