Labor can be intense—but you don’t have to go through it without support.
This class is all about learning how to stay grounded, supported, and as comfortable as possible during birth.

In this hands-on session, you and your partner will learn:
💆‍♀️ Massage techniques for pain relief
🌀 Positions and movement to help baby descend and labor progress
🌬️ Breathing and relaxation tools to stay calm and focused
🤝 How partners can offer meaningful, confident support
Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth or just want to feel more in control and connected during the process, comfort measures make a big difference.
