Dear friends,
Now that you know there are close to 399 hand mudras, from our last conference, and with your request, continuing the same with extending more information about different kind of mudras in our video conference series #4.
We will be meeting on Saturday, April 1st, at *12:30 pm PST/2:30 pm CST*.
This session will be on *Mudras* (Hand, Head, Body, Lock, and Adhara postures) done during Pranayama and other Yog Kriya (means Yog activities), but the next set.
We will also cover the effect of mantras and types of mantras that help you achieve stability, focus, calmness, and peaceful existence with the surroundings, no matter what.
The session is 45 -60 min with a Q&A session at the end, and *it's totally free.....*
We may also be updating with what we plan to do in the coming week s (Su-F) if you choose to join.
