There aren’t enough words to capture the beauty of love and commitment we witnessed during our Miracle Moment! 💛

We celebrated four couples renewing their vows in honor of Red and Betty’s 72nd wedding anniversary. Volunteers helped with hair and makeup, staff joined as flower girls, and two of our brides even wore their original wedding dresses from 30 and 60 years ago.

After the ceremony, each manager received an angel pin to honor a resident who has lost a spouse.

🌟 Another amazing StoneCreek of Copperfield + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We are so proud of one of our amazing residents! At first, she wasn’t sure therapy would be the right fit for her, but once she gave it a try, everything changed.

She’s now enjoying her personalized treatment plan, looks forward to her therapy sessions, and even participates in weekly group classes. Seeing her confidence and enthusiasm grow has been incredibly rewarding — and her family is thrilled with her progress and the care she’s receiving.

Her story is a great reminder that the right approach and encouragement can make all the difference. 💪
