September is Recovery Awareness Month!
During this month, it's a time to recognize and celebrate those who have overcome substance use disorder (SUD) and to support those still seeking recovery.
Since 1989, Recovery Month has been held every September to promote and support new treatment and recovery practices, the nation's strong and proud recovery community, and the dedication of service providers and communities who make recovery in all its forms possible.
We'll be posting each some facts and information about recovery and substance use.
