The Lev At Town Park The Lev at Town Park is a loving and dedicated Skilled Nursing Community Call today to schedule a private tour.

The Lev at Town Park, TX focuses on providing you skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care services in a compassionate, comfortable environment. In addition to accepting Medicare and Medicaid, we participate with many Medicare Advantage, commercial (employer based), and individual Insurance Exchange health plans. We will work on your behalf to determine if we are in your health plan’s network and to obtain "In-Network” or “Out of Network” authorization.
