How long have you been pouring into everyone else while running on empty?

So many women have learned how to keep showing up, keep giving, and keep carrying it all… even when no one stops to ask who’s caring for them.

This was created for the woman who has been strong for so long, she almost forgot she deserves softness too. A space for care. A space for support. A space where your wellness matters just as much as everything else you’ve been holding together.

You do not have to wait until burnout to choose yourself.

What does choosing yourself look like for you right now?

Most VA disability claims don’t get denied because the veteran doesn’t deserve benefits. They get denied because key details are missing, unclear, or poorly documented.

The truth is, one small mistake in the process can delay the support a veteran has earned.

If you’re filing a claim, pay close attention to the evidence, service connection, and documentation. These 5 reasons can make or break a case.

Have you or someone you know experienced a denied claim? Drop a comment below or share this with a veteran who needs to see it.

A lot of veterans see a low VA rating and assume that’s the final answer.

It’s not always that simple.

In many cases, a low rating does not mean your condition is minor or that you do not qualify for more. It can mean secondary conditions were never claimed, key symptoms were never fully documented, or the full impact of your service-connected condition was never clearly shown.

That’s where too many veterans get stuck.

They accept the number, move on, and never realize there may have been more to uncover.

A rating is based on what was claimed, what was documented, and what was proven — not always the full picture of what you’re living with every day.

Have you ever looked back at your VA rating and wondered if something was missed? Drop RATING in the comments if you want to learn more.

Many veterans stop here — and it could be costing them benefits.

Just because a condition was not listed on your first VA claim does not automatically mean it no longer counts. If that condition is tied to an existing service-connected disability, the VA may still consider it.

That means some veterans are living with symptoms, going to appointments, and getting treatment without realizing they may still have a valid path to include that condition in their claim.

Do not assume the first filing told the whole story.

Sometimes the missing piece is not whether the condition exists — it’s whether the connection has been properly shown.

Drop BENEFITS in the comments if you want more myth-busting VA claim content like this.

A silent struggle could be tied to your service-connected condition.

Erectile dysfunction can be more than a private health concern—it may be a secondary condition connected to physical injuries, PTSD, or medication side effects.

Because this topic feels deeply personal, many veterans avoid bringing it up. But when symptoms are properly documented, it can support a valid VA secondary claim.

Physical pain, mental health challenges, and treatment side effects can all play a role—and understanding that connection matters.

If you’ve been dealing with this and want to understand your options, comment HELP and I’ll send you more information privately.

That tingling, numbness, or shooting pain down your arms or legs isn’t something to ignore.

Radiculopathy can develop from back or spine injuries—and for many veterans, it’s directly connected to a service-related condition.

When nerve pain starts radiating from the spine, it’s more than discomfort. It can impact mobility, daily function, and overall quality of life. And when it’s tied to a service-connected injury, it may qualify as a secondary VA claim.

Understanding what your symptoms mean is the first step to making sure nothing gets overlooked.

If you’ve been dealing with nerve pain or numbness, comment PAIN and I’ll send you more information.

This connection could be costing you your VA benefits.

High blood pressure isn’t always “just genetic.”
Chronic stress and PTSD have been linked to hypertension—and this could qualify as a secondary condition that increases your VA disability rating.

The problem? It’s often overlooked or never properly connected in a claim.

If you’ve been diagnosed with hypertension and also deal with PTSD, this is something you need to pay attention to.
Comment “BP” and I’ll show you how this may apply to your claim—and follow for the next condition you shouldn’t ignore.

This is one of the most overlooked secondary claims veterans miss…

If you’re dealing with GERD—constant heartburn, acid reflux, or digestive discomfort—it might not just be a random condition. It could be connected to the medications you’re taking or even the stress from PTSD or chronic pain.

Many veterans are prescribed long-term medications or live under constant stress, and over time, that can impact the digestive system more than expected. Yet, this connection is often ignored when filing VA claims.

You shouldn’t have to suffer in silence and miss out on benefits you may qualify for.

Have you experienced GERD symptoms while managing PTSD or taking long-term medication? Comment GERD and I’ll send you more info.

No one talks about this… but it could impact your VA rating.

Migraines aren’t just “headaches”—they can be linked to PTSD, TBI, and chronic stress, making them a powerful secondary claim that could increase your disability rating.

The issue? Many veterans never realize the connection—or don’t document it the right way.

If you’ve been dealing with migraines after service, this is something you don’t want to overlook.
Comment “MIGRAINE” and I’ll break down how this could apply to you—and follow for the next condition you need to know.
