Tuesday’s 6:30/7pm
Arrive at 6:30pm for Ceremony
Yin Yoga- 7-8:15/8:30pm
Starts with a Transcendental Meditation learning from Buddhist Traditions for past 11 years and from different Curanderas from Peru and Colombia from the past 2 years.
The Savasana- deep rest in this yin is 10-15 minutes long.
We will start with a Ceremony

Yin is deep restorative connective tissue stretching.
All grounded poses, holding each pose for 3-5-7-10 minutes each, with a relax and ease out of each pose.
Focus is on breath and surrendering to self.
Noticing where to ease more.
What you resist, will persist.
This yin that I teach is different because we go through different binds, twists, and arm balances, combined with chakras, meditation and breathing techniques.
Knowledge of White Tiger Qi Gong and Elements will be taught to draw awareness to energy.

Whatever you intend is what will happen.
Your choice to release, receive, ground, uplift, or Just Be!
You are perfect as you are.
Everyone needs to practice meditation and yin, they help us to not react so quickly and we have the chance to respond in Love more often.

See you tonight. 7pm

Let go of everything you think you know. We know nothing. Allow yourself to Be. We don’t need to explain anything. We don’t need to define anything. The mind and ego wants to define things so we make sense of them. You have to allow yourself the freedom of no control to be free of the disease of the mind.
Yin Yoga helps to:
🌈relax the body, heart, and spirit.
🌈calm the nervous system
🌈deep connective tissue stretching to heal ligaments and joints, and allow the fascia to release
🌈internal massage
🌈 let go of stress, and any other negative energies that you have made up in the mind.
🌈 sacred and safe space to allow emotions to flow and feel
🌈allows you to learn where to release and where to push a little more.
🌈connect with breath, which is self, which is prana, which is life
🌈alternative to taking medications to solve a problem temporarily. This practice of self takes consistency to see change.
🌈feel energized, recharged, and refreshed after letting go.
🌈many more benefits, whatever your intention is, set it with no expectations, have an open mind, and come for you..
Disease is created by disease of energy. You are made of energy. The earth runs on energy/vibration/frequency. Energy can heal or destroy. You have the power to not allow “generational curses” to enter you. You have the power to heal yourself with your mind, body, and soul. Your hands are the power of creation, create what you wish.
From here on, don’t think a negative thought, or negative word, don’t speak a negative word. Once it has been thought it is already created and manifested. .
What you believe is true. Be mindful of thoughts. Your thoughts create words. Your words create actions. Your actions create ripples of change and effect. Let’s move the water to flow gently with.
