Memorial City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Memorial City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

This Veterans Day, we proudly honor those who have served our country. Their bravery, strength, loyalty, and commitment to protecting our freedoms continue to inspire us every day.

We are grateful to care for and learn from the Veterans within our communities — their stories, resilience, and leadership enrich the lives of everyone around them.

To all who have served: thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and the legacy you carry forward for future generations.
