Baby E Before and After the Mod Quad and Triangle Tilt

The world of Brachial Plexus injuries can be a bit daunting, and patients have a lot of questions about surgery. Can surgery help me? Is going through surgery worth it? We get it. Here's a video of Baby E, one of Dr. Nath's OBPI (obstetric brachial plexus injury) patients, before and after the Mod Quad and Triangle Tilt surgeries. As you can see in the first part of the video, Baby E doesn't use her right arm much, and there's the characteristic turning in of the hand towards her body. In the second part of the video, after the Mod Quad and Triangle Tilt surgeries, Baby E has a much better range of motion with a more natural hand position. Keep your eye on the right hand! There is effective minimally invasive surgery for winging scapula and long thoracic nerve injury, developed by Dr Nath at the Texas Nerve and Paralysis Institute. Surgery is outpatient and involves two small incisions, with a patient satisfaction rate of over 95%.
