Feeling like your airways need some extra TLC?

Inhaling warm, moisture-rich air can be beneficial for clearing the sinuses and opening up the airways.

To do this, use the following method:

-Pour hot water into a large bowl and breathe in the steam.

-Place a towel over the head to trap extra moisture.

-Add a few drops of menthol or eucalyptus oil to the water to make the stream more powerful.

BRA Tips for Better Breast Health

#1 - Minimize the amount of time you wear your bra. If you are not out and about, take it off. Studies have shown that women that wear their bras for more than 12 hours a day have a higher incidence of breast cancer.

#2 - Allow 1" of comfort along the bottom of your bra

#3 - Do not adjust straps too tighly - you don't want shoulder indentations.

#4 - No underwire bras if possible. - They act as an antenna conducting electromagnetic frequencies, which are then absorbed under the skin, right into the lymphatic system that runs underneath our breast; which feeds into our liver and kidneys. And we wonder why so many women have digestive issues.

#5 - Avoid sports bras- they smash lymph, glands and limit cell aspiration.
