Every grappler, striker, and competitor develops a style based on their body, strengths, and strategy. That means injuries are rarely one size fits all.
Patrick has trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for eight years and still competes. He understands the terminology, the positions, the demands, and the wear and tear that comes with the sport.
Too often, combat athletes are told to just stop training when they are in pain. That is not the answer.
