Sometimes stretching isn’t the answer.
Sometimes your body needs better muscle activation instead.

This variation of pigeon pose focuses on turning on the hip stabilizers, not just sinking into a passive stretch.
When these muscles activate properly, your hips feel more supported, mobile, and less “tight.”
