The importance of taking progress photos ✨

Although the difference is from this week to last week is pretty minimal, I would not have been able to see any progress between last weeks pictures and this weeks pictures, had I not taken progress photos to analyze and compare.

We, as humans, fixate on not seeing instant results, however it’s small changes, like these, week to week, that build up into bigger, more sustainable progress.

This week I have more definition in my quads and my waist has leaned out a bit. Scale hasn’t moved but that’s okay because we’re still seeing progress, physically, which is ultimately the end goal.

Week by week.
Day by day.
Brick by brick.
