🎉 Big congratulations to Kennessa Landry for receiving the Zeta Pi Chapter Sigma Theta Tau International Evidence-Based Practice and Research Award! 🏆 Her study, Validating the Nursing Practice Readiness Scale in New Graduate Nurses in the United States, is making an important impact on nursing education and the transition to clinical practice.

Kennessa shared, "Receiving this award is both an honor and a meaningful affirmation of the importance of my research." With this support, she will continue her work to "advance practice-readiness standards that can shape nursing education and improve the transition experience for new graduate nurses."

🎉 Congratulations to Evaline Kihara, recipient of the Zeta Pi Chapter Sigma Theta Tau International Evidence-Based Practice and Research Award! 🏆 Her study, Assessment of Anti-Factor Xa Levels in Healthy Volunteers, is advancing important research in biomarker assessment and protocol development.

Evaline shared, "Receiving the Sigma Theta Tau grant will significantly propel my research by providing vital funding to develop and refine an anti-FXa protocol for my dissertation." This support, she says, "enhances the reproducibility and credibility of biomarker findings" and moves her work toward a stronger evidence base.
