We had such an incredible day with yesterday.

They invited me and a few other creators out to Iowa to meet some of their small family farmers and tour their facilities. We got to have a lunch and learn with the founder, I got to do a “squeak test” on some fresh cheese curds and ended the day with a lovely dinner to celebrate their 20th anniversary!

I don’t have enough good things to say about this company. Brands like this are a huge reason why I do what I do. They’re proving that food CAN be made the way nature intended. Their dairy products are as close to raw as you’ll get in stores and they all taste absolutely incredible.

Their commitment has always been to the farmers. To insure that they’re able to have a farm to pass down generation to generation and to get the support they need to farm the land organically and regeneratively.

Full circle moment - I’ve dreampt of living this experience for over a decade and never did I imagine my first brand trip would be with a dairy brand… but it literally couldn’t have been more “on brand” for the person I’ve become.

Another reminder that total abstinence is the answer. It worked for me with food and it worked again with my phone! It’s about building up the courage to actually do it.

I’ve learned a lot in the 9 years I’ve been a mom. So much I would go back and do differently if I had the chance. We didn’t shift into this lifestyle until my oldest was about 3. It’s never too late the make the shift 🙏🏼
