Can’t make it in for an assisted-stretch this week?
Here are a couple of at home stretches for you ✨🤸🏻♀️
1. Glutes: make sure you’re showing your hips some love too. They go hand in hand. 🤞🏼
2. Hamstrings: 👩🏻🏫 PRO TIP: place a yoga block under forearms to bring the floor closer to you in the wide legged forward fold.
3. Back: cat/cow warms up the spine in an effortless way! You might hear some spinal pops along the way 🎊
