Meet the newest member of our team, Celeste Jones. Celeste is the new Director of Resident and Family Services here at Hermann Park.

Celeste is originally from San Antonio, Texas and moved to Houston 4 years ago to earn her master’s in social work. She has experience working with non-verbal children on the Autism spectrum and people who struggle with OCD, Anxiety (and other anxiety-based disorders), substance misuse, suicide/suicidal ideation, depression. Celeste has also worked as a Hospice social worker which has allowed her to gain knowledge in many areas. She enjoys spending time with her puppy Oso and learning about different cultures and languages.

Reflecting on our recent Nexus support group session. Our amazing social worker led a deeply moving activity where everyone expressed their feelings through art. Hearing the stories behind each drawing really touched our hearts. It's incredible to witness such vulnerability and strength within our community. Together, we rise! 💙
