This transformation is proof that getting organized is NOT about buying a bunch of matching bins and labels.
It’s about creating systems that make sense for how your family actually lives.
In the guest room closet, we cleared out years worth of clothes, shoes, and purses that hadn’t been used in forever. By removing nearly 50% of what was there, we created breathing room and made space for items that actually belong in this season of life.
In the nursery, we stopped using valuable closet space for random storage like heaters, air filters, and suits, and instead turned it into an intentional off-season + travel closet. (And yes, we also relocated the kid snack stash because digging for goldfish crackers while a baby is sleeping? Not ideal 😂)
And the entryway closet might be my favorite transformation of all. What used to be a cluttered catch-all is now the family’s functional command center with coats, dog supplies, snacks, bottled drinks, and ALL household backstock finally consolidated into one accessible place instead of scattered throughout the house and garage.
Simple systems = less frustration, less mental clutter, and a home that supports you instead of working against you.
