6 Weeks of Mindful Eating w/ GK :
Mindful eating is not a diet. It uses a form of meditation called mindfulness, which helps you acknowledge and manage your emotions and physical sensations. Using this approach will help you reach a state of full awareness to your experiences, cravings, and physical cues when eating.
In this guideline, you will engage in a process of food journaling, daily practices of yoga & meditation, and self-inquiring on what drives you to eat the foods that you consume on a routine basis.

In our workshop we will go over how to create a mindful eating practice, as well as become familiar with the 6 week program that will have you well on your way to health and greater nutrition.
