Here’s my go-to grounding ritual before a session:
🧘🏽‍♀️ Three deep, intentional breaths
🔮 A favorite crystal amethyst— for calmness and clarity. 🌿 A spritz of my grounding spray — infused with intention + calm
🔥 Sometimes sage or palo santo, depending on the vibe
✨ And always a whispered reminder: “I am grounded. I am safe. I am present.”

We can’t pour from an empty cup — so let’s refill before we give.
