FULL CIRCLE MOMENT 💯

Thank you to the Houston Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program for allowing me to come teach the BLS/CPR and AED course.

It was so much fun to re-visit campus, catch up with former professors, and assist these future healthcare professionals in their journey.

These two terms are, unfortunately, often used interchangeably but mean completely different things. Knowing the difference between them, correctly identifying them, and acting accordingly could potentially save someone’s life! Every minute matters! Whether you suspect it's cardiac arrest or a heart attack, the first step is always to call 911 or another emergency number.

Everyone should have the knowledge and training to provide basic aid until advanced emergency services arrive.
