💥 We get ONE SHOT raising these kiddos. Every move we make...every word we speak...invites opportunity to raise good stewards of the community.
🐑 The FFA program simply reinforces this & then some.
🐖 These kids are learning life isn't about JUST them. They not only care for their animal(s) but they also learn to work together to achieve goals.
📈 They also learn how to run a business. They buy their animal(s), spend money to raise it, auction it off, take those earnings &!repeat the process in the following year by taking their earnings and investing in the next animal(s).
💡 Liam's been in FFA for 3 seasons now. The first 2 seasons I funded his projects. This year it's ALL him! His earnings are paying for his projects (animals, art, & photography).
🫶🏽 What he spends & the time he invests in his projects will all reflect the opportunity to earn money that he will use for college.
🥰 AND what I love the most is...these aren't the kids out on the streets...up to no good...they're too busy spending 2-3 hours at the barn a day!!!

😂 There are enough @**holes in this world...I'm trying not to raise another one!

💕 Love my boy & this time we have together. It's priceless & something he'll be able to say..."my mom and I did this together!" 💕

👩 Fascia and Women's Health...

❓2+ years ago I kept telling my western med doc, "something's not right...I feel systemically inflamed & in so much pain...". We tested and I met no markers for autoimmune anything.

🤯 I had known that I had no hormones BUT ignorantly I had no clue how this was affecting my body's highest sensory organ...the fascia.

💊 We as women will be diagnosed with much more than sleeplessness and hot flashes (what we think indicated menopause or perimenopause) when I comes to perimenopause, menopause and post menopause seasons of our lives never linking these diagnosis to the lack of estrogen.

😡 A few of them are frozen shoulder & fibromyalgia. And while I believe there's a place for western medicine, the protocol is usually surgery and/or antiinflammatory meds.

😮 What I NOW know & what I AM currently experiencing is that my choice to continue to & incorporate gut health and bio identical hormones is what I needed.

🧬 Our fascia has estrogen receptors & w out estrogen we become stiff and suffer w pain that can truly be dealt w by fascia blasting & (hormone replacement therapy).

🙏🏽 I believe I've suffered as I have to NOT accept "Renee you're fine" & to do my own "recon" into my own health & choose to heal my body vs big pharma drugs that only deal in symptoms not sources.

❣️There's been so much more to my journey to healing that I WILL be sharing BUT this spoke so loudly to me today that I had to post and get this party started! 😂

Where are we??!!

Can you guess?

Last year was pivotal when it came to my choosing to continue with my fitness career...but toned back...while also making a move to expand and embrace the fascia blasting I'd been doing on my clients and open a spa for me to treat the masses.

Somewhere in the beginning of all this... prophecy came to fruition...

"Renee...one day I WILL have an academy and you are going to teach others about fascia with me."

Well one day happened & today I have taught and certified doctors, nurses, LMT's, Esti's, natural paths, acupuncturists, chiropractors, personal trainers, and more.

At my very first I taught in Costa Rica, I met this little gem... and we have been going strong ever since. I'm genuinely BLESSED to have met and worked with EVERYONE on this journey. To teach others what we are able to do with these tools is life altering AND I LOVE IT!!!
