From Fitness to Fasciology: A Journey of Divine Timing 🙏🏽

I recently got recognized as a Top Fan for The Ashley Black Experience & it got me reflecting. The "old me" would have said this should’ve happened sooner—but the version of me I’m walking in today knows everything is about Divine timing. ☀️

For a long time, I was quiet on the socials...barely looking & rarely posting. Post-COVID, my fitness business was struggling despite my hardest efforts. I was navigating a total hip replacement, the loss of my father & declining health. My light had dimmed, so I quietly faded off the grid to survive & to heal. 😔

3-4 years later, and honestly for the FIRST time in my life I am feeling FLUID…truly flowing in my purpose. 🌊

What started as a "funzies" pre-COVID & then a side gig POST-COVID has become my full-time purpose. I made the shift from PT to Fasciology, & shortly after, I was asked to be a Master Instructor for the 🎉

For years, my business has grown through word of mouth, but I’m ready to start sharing publicly again. My goal? To be a part of the light that helps others heal. Most folks don’t even know what fascia is. Therefore, they don’t fully grasp how the health of your fascial system affects everything in your body: how well you move, blood flow, your nervous system, cellular health, your lymphatic system, gut health & much much more. 💡

To Ashley: Your tools have healed me & now they are the instruments I use to help others. Your tenacity in a world that was not willing to accept what you found to be true & what these tools can officially do for our fascia system & for the love you have for others (including me)...you have been instrumental in my growth professionally & personally. 🤯Fascia is the most underrated organ we have. YES — I said organ. It’s the gateway for everything in our body and our highest sensory system. Two recent client texts prove it.

💗Client 1: After significant weight loss she had skin‑removal surgery. At six months post‑op she came for a FasciaBlasting session. If we’d used lymphatic brushing and light work with the FasciaBlasting tools in the early weeks after surgery, much of the tightness, pulling and early keloiding around her scars could’ve been minimized if not avoided — but was it too late? No.

We worked into the slightly keloided scar tissue and adhesions to help the fascia move back toward its healthy, mobile state. She will need more treatments to completely regenerate the fascia, BUT after the session she texted:
“Good morning! I’m definitely sore but I feel like you helped me release so much tension. Even in areas you didn’t work on. THANK YOU!!!!! Your hands work wonders! And this was only our first session.”

Because fascia is highly sensory and connective, releasing restrictions in one area often creates systemic shifts — shifting the nervous system from sympathetic (fight/flight) to parasympathetic (rest/restore) and producing whole‑body relief. The result: healing down to the cellular level.

💗Client 2: She has a history of debilitating depression and has been receiving ketamine therapy for three years, which she calls “life altering.” After two back‑to‑back 1.5‑hour FasciaBlasting treatments using both the OG FasciaBlasting tools & the battery operated NeXcia tool, she wrote:

😳 Kennedy is 310 pound lineman...even though he makes me look like a lollipop kid...I can STILL help him recover from surgery and training and set him up for success.

🥰 I STILL use ALL the tools, BUT I cannot lie...working on a young man of this size...utilizing the really helps me
To cover more "real estate" faster and more efficiently AND it spares my body from being wrecked when I'm done.

🕺🏼 I tell all my athletes… I not only want you to dance at your children's weddings, but I want you to dance at your grandchildren's weddings with no pain.

‼️Fascia blasting literally elongates the careers of athletes because it not only helps them with recovery, but it allows the muscles to fully function without restrictions. Restrictions lead to injuries and I've literally seen my ball players in situations that should've been a surgery that turned into a short week of therapy or no injury at all!

Who wouldn't want healthy fascia? Sadly, those who don't know any better.
