As of August 11th, there's been 223 documented cases in Houston, per Houston Health Department.

It's certainly worth noting that one of the ways in which one could contract this infection is via fomites/inanimate objects. It's also worth mentioning the importance of ensuring that your couriers are up to date on proper specimen handling to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the specimen chain of custody.
