If you have any walkers, canes, crutches, wheelchairs, braces, slings, or bedside commodes that you no longer need, then please consider bringing them by our clinic this October.

October is National Physical Therapy Month! As part of PT Month we are promoting awareness about the benefits of physical activity and how we can keep you moving.

Affiliates Prime sponsored a Fall Prevention Awareness event at the Trotter Family YMCA this week in order to educate seniors on strategies to reduce their fall risk and how physical therapy can help. Amy Gremillion provided her expertise as a Board Certified Geriatric Specialist with an informational session first. Then our team provided free fall risk screens through stations for 30+ participants! We were thrilled to meet with each individual about their fall risk and encourage them to be proactive about preventing falls and preventing injuries.
