What have you done to relax? We have to learn how to not stress on the things that we cannot change. This has been a pretty hard task for me to accomplish. I've learned that I had to change my mindset and focus on the present time!
Your mindset creates your environment and surroundings, which in turns determines how you process stress! Learn to focus on one thing at a time, think positive, and watch how your mindset will change!
