After much consideration, I have decided to remove my referral policy for new male clients. In doing so, new policies have been adopted:
1) ALL new clients MUST present a picture identification (i.e. drivers license, state ID, passport) on the day of service. & 2) ALL new clients, FIRST appointment MUST be scheduled at studio location- no house visit will be accepted.

I hope this update gives more people access to massage therapy and all its benefits; while not compromising my safety.

Easier said than done right, but truly I tell you worrying does not help. Instead it makes life harder. Anxiety feels our minds, and then here comes fear, enabling us to make any moves. So then what, what do you do?! For me at least, I find the need to revert back to the basics, find solutions that make my current trouble easier. Sometimes we just have to BE SIMPLE. Stop overthinking and complicating things. Sometimes we gotta take out the drawing board and create a new plan- and that’s OK! A lot of time we have to trust the process- Trust in Jesus!

Matthew 6:27-33 “Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin… But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well.”

Life gets busy and we often forget to smell the roses (the few that are left). We get so stuck in our head with worry, anxiety, regret, or thoughts of future possibilities, that we overlook the stranger that passes by, not a smile or hello…

If you haven’t been told lately… you are doing great, you are enough, you matter.

✨“Let go and let GOD”
- Philippians 4:6-7: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus”.

✨Pray- communicate your thoughts/ worries big or small, Study- seek understanding through scripture, Journal- reflex and improve, Take action- surrender what does not serve you.
