🌟 What Is a Vision Board?
A vision board is a collage of images, words, and symbols that represent a person's dreams, goals, and desired emotional states. It can be created physically (with magazines, scissors, and glue) or digitally (using apps or software).

🛠️ How It's Used in Therapy
Therapists may:
🔹Introduce vision boards during goal-setting or future planning sessions.
🔹Use them to explore "What does healing look like to you?" or "What kind of life do you want to build?"
🔹Review or update boards over time to track growth and evolving aspirations.

They’re commonly used in:
