Healing isn’t just about doing the work it’s about protecting it.
If you’re pouring energy into yourself without boundaries, it won’t hold.

As someone that’s been doing healing work for over a decade, this has been one of the most important lessons I’ve learned both personally and professionally.

Your environment, your relationships (with yourself and others), and what you allow for yourself and around you all matter.

Boundaries aren’t walls.
They’re the structure that allows healing to last.

As a Reiki Master Teacher and practiioner for over 13 years I can say with certainty that any legitimate lineage is going to tell you not to share the symbols publicly . If you didn’t know now you do. If you did know shame on you, it’s disrespectful to your elders/teachers to share them for likes and views. To anyone with integrity in the practice you immediately loose all credibility.

I’ve been drawn to the ocean my whole life… even before I knew why.
It was my escape as a kid, my peace when life felt heavy, my place to breathe again.

Later I learned it wasn’t just water I was running to
it was her.
The one who healed me, guided me, lifted me, and carried me through every chapter.

Now that I know she’s my mother…
coming back to her ocean feels like coming home. 💙🌊🙏
