Good afternoon family and friends. It has been several months since I posted from my Father's book - "The Barricades to Paradise". Below is an excerpt regarding what the world is dealing with in terms of satan and the worship of him. Much love to all of you. My Father is Daniel Lee Lazenberry and he was our spiritual leader in our home. The Gospel - "God says we must believe. The word "believe" means to trust. Mark 1:15 - Jesus said, "Repent and believe in the Gospel".

BELIEFS WITHOUT FAITH
"When we examine FAITH and BELIEF, while compatible in many respects, they are not exactly the same. In fact, they are used as synonyms without clarification. FAITH is trust and comes from the heart that gives the Christian conscience support, while BELIEF comes from the mind and comforts the natural man, even to the point of death. Japanese Kamikaze pilots during WWII would rather die than surrender. Islamic terrorists today, look to death as a step in the right direction to meet Allah. For them, satan has defined death as a duty. Christians have a duty to live for Jesus, and death, should it come at the hands of the enemy, for the sake of Christ, death only serves to benefit the believer. "
"In the occult, for example, as well as in many modern cults, there is a common bond that says it is okay to believe what you will, so long as it doesn't hurt others. Radical Islam is an exception. For the Christian, a bond is made with the Lord Jesus, if the intellect is willing to give a wink and a nod to a spirituality that comes from the Holy Spirit. I cannot originate from Eastern mysticism, mind-science philosophy or spiritism. This is a raw belief that rests solely on SELF and what man wishes to accomplish in terms of wealth prosperity or power; and it only goes as far as the rich man who approached Jesus and asked, "how shall a man be saved?" Even Nicodemus had a problem with this issue, until Jesus couched it in terms of "being born again by the Spirit".
In His love and my Father in heaven, as well as my Father, Daniel Lee Lazenberry,
