Urban Fit Yoga Houston is excited to announce their new Friday weekly YOGA DRILLS CLASS starting this coming Friday, January 8th, 9-10 am.

The Yoga Drills Class will take you deeper into backbends, stretching poses, splits, hip openers, twists, Inversion Poses, Lift Poses and more advanced yoga poses. Preparatory stretch & strengthening yoga drills & exercises, barre work, and yoga poses.

BE PROUD OF YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS

As I look back on my path to the 2017 USA National Yoga Championship with the sincere and intentional way that I prepared my body, mind, and spirit everyday, I am fulfilled and proud of my achievements. The moments were fleeting, passing through my life and were not to be contained or repeated. Grateful and proud to have been able to train, perform, and be a part of something very special, which is the USA National Yoga Championship.

Grateful for the moment on the World Yoga Stage and the opportunity to train 365 days a years. It took so many people from our yoga community to help me accomplish this once in a lifetime achievement.

PERFORM AT THE 2019 USA SOUTHWEST REGIONAL YOGA CHAMPIONSHIP HERE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS.

I am hosting the 2019 USA Southwest Regional Yoga Championship here in Houston. This will be the first time it has been held in Houston. The date will be Saturday, January 5th near downtown Houston.

If any of you yoga teachers or students would be interested in entering to perform (compete) at the event, you would need to submit a video of your 3 minute yoga routine, which would consist of 6 yoga poses. The video would need to be submitted no later than 3 months from the 2019 USA Southwest Regional Yoga Championship. That means that the video would need to be submitted by Saturday, October 13th, which is 3 months from January 5th. That is 2 months from this coming Saturday to prepare a 6 Pose Yoga routine.
