"I first met Doc and his team in early 2015 when I had what turned out to be a pinched nerve in my neck. I was in tremendous pain, couldn't move my head and nothing I did was having any effect. I found Houston Back & Neck clinic through a search on my health provider's website close to where I live. From the first visit on, I knew I was in the right place.
Doc listens, he really listens. He knows how to examine without hurting and then he starts a conversation. Through that conversation, he creates a partnership in which both doctor and patient participate to discover the root cause of the pain or discomfort, and develop an effective plan to remedy the situation.
Within a few weeks, with no medication or surgery, all procedures absolutely non-invasive, my neck began to feel better than it had in months. I felt like a new man then, and continue to utilize the exercises and techniques Doc taught me whenever the stress of life piles up on my shoulders.
I continue to see Doc on a monthly basis for periodic adjustments, and encourage everyone to schedule an appointment regularly. Mornings are best, that's when his incredible massage therapist Melina is available.
On those days when I go in and get an amazing adjustment from Doc, and follow that up with an awesome deep tissue massage on my back and neck from Melina, I am one calm and relaxed guy. That feeling carries with me for days afterward. Truly an amazing experience. I am so grateful to know Doc and his team and thank them tremendously."
