Our residents at The Village of Southampton Assisted Living kicked off the week in style with our Parcside Mocktail Monday, sipping on a refreshing Cranberry Martini.

Laughter, conversation and a splash of cranberry made for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Moments like these are about more than the drink. They’re about connection, community and enjoying life together.

Our Independent Living residents at The Village of Southampton recently enjoyed a delicious and engaging culinary experience with Chef Michael.

During a live cooking demonstration, Chef Michael prepared a featured dish, Fresh Gulf Coast Stone Crab, while sharing helpful tips, techniques and culinary insights along the way. Residents had the opportunity to ask questions, learn new approaches in the kitchen and soak in the inviting aromas that filled the room.

An inspiring, flavorful afternoon that proved great food (and great conversation) are always on the menu. 🦀🍽️

Our Parcside Memory Care residents enjoyed a delicious experience during this month’s Chef Demo at The Village of Southampton 🍌✨

Chef Michael Fernandez treated everyone to a wonderful demonstration of luscious Bananas Foster served with vanilla ice cream filling the room with sweet aromas, smiles and meaningful moments of connection.

Experiences like these engage the senses, spark memories and make each day feel special in Memory Care. 💙

This month, our Passport to Adventure has taken our Parcside Memory Care residents on a journey to Paris ✨

To celebrate, we hosted a special “Tea in Paris” tea party, bringing a touch of French charm, connection, and joy to the day. From thoughtful décor to meaningful moments together, experiences like these help spark engagement, conversation and a sense of wonder in Memory Care.
