Breast implant technology has come a long way. We have moved from stiff, thin shelled implants with odd shapes to the soft, natural bubble look we know today. 😍

I realized how many people don’t know that implant placement is completely personalized 👀✨

Under the muscle is great if you have thinner tissue or lost volume after pregnancy because it hides the top of the implant and avoids that shelf look. 🚫

But some patients are better suited for over the muscle, like bodybuilders with strong chest muscles or male to female patients with different anatomy goals. 🏋🏻‍♀️
