We lost one of PET's leaders earlier this month. Ursula Muehllehner, the longtime CFO of UGM Medical Systems from Philadelphia, PA in the US, passed away. She was an absolute force in keeping UGM fiscally viable, and family/community oriented as it became a part of ADAC Labratories, and eventually Philips Medical Systems.

One of the few operational PMS Allegro PET systems remaining, was just removed from service. A workhorse in its day (DOM late 90's) serial number 015 was first installed outside Baltimore, MD and has spent the past 14 years outside of Cleveland, OH providing really great images.

Built by UGM Medical Systems (ADAC / Philips) in Philadelphia, installed/deinstalled/installed, maintained by multiple FSEs from several companies, used by several Technologists, and had thousands of patients scanned. Thank you for your part in helping better the lives of those who passed through your bore. 😌
