Disclaimer- do not try this at home. What you see is one of my favorite Moxibustion treatments.

This is a short, controlled heat technique I use when eyes are dry, watery, strained, twitchy, or holding tension. The goal is improved circulation, nervous system calming, and pressure relief.

There’s nothing fancy here.
Just lots of training, timing, and knowing when it’s appropriate.

Most people are surprised by how gentle it feels — and how quickly things settle.

If your eyes feel tired, irritated, or constantly “on,” this is one of those treatments that speaks for itself.
