‎The annual observance of 𝑫𝒓𝒖𝒈 𝑨𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍 (𝑫𝑨𝑷𝑪) 𝑾𝒆𝒆𝒌 serves as a vital national checkpoint, reminding us that combating substance abuse requires more than just enforcement. It demands comprehensive education, compassion, and community support. Anchored by the theme for 2025, which prioritizes health and rejects drug use, this effort finds crucial reinforcement when integrated with mental health awareness and the promotion of secure support systems.

‎Multiple seminars and contests were conducted within the weeks of DAPC. A special thanks to the department that coordinate with Barkada Kontra Droga+ — Filipino Department for the Tahirawan, MAPEH Department for the Poster Making, and EsP Department for the Music Video. Your coordination really played a vital role in making those programs possible.

‎This celebration of DAPC was possible in cooperation with the 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒂𝒅𝒂 𝑲𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒂 𝑫𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒂 𝑷𝒍𝒖𝒔 - 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 which was also enriched by experts input from agencies like the DOH, moves beyond mere compliance. The combination of awareness campaigns on substance abuse, essential education on mental health awareness. This past week has been an amazing, empowering, and a really educational experience for the students as it teaches us many lessons for the growth and awarness of the students.
