🌟 Happy 5-Year Endeavorsary, Briana! 🌟

Today, we’re celebrating five amazing years of Briana’s leadership, dedication, and heart at Endeavor! 💙 Her passion for client care, team support, and clinical growth shines through in everything she does.

This past year has been especially meaningful as Briana transitioned into her new role as Director of the ECI program, a huge accomplishment that reflects her incredible work ethic and commitment to the field 👏✨

She’s most proud of training BCBAs, supervising students, and helping clients smoothly transition to school, all while continuing to support both the ECI and Bridge teams with grace and intention.

Looking ahead, Briana is excited to continue growing in her director role and watching the teams she supports blossom 🌱. We’re so excited to see where this next chapter takes her!

And what instantly makes her day better? A good meal 🍽️ or a hug from one of her clients 🫶, two things that remind us why she does what she does with so much heart.

🎉Sensory-Friendly Event🎉

Space Center Houston invites people of all ages who experience disabilities, such as autism spectrum disorder and sensory processing disorder, to explore science and space exploration in a reduced sensory environment.

Sensory-friendly events offer a sensory-supportive environment, featuring modified lighting, music, and sound effects. The number of tickets is limited for these exclusive events to allow visitors to enjoy Space Center Houston in a sensory-friendly atmosphere, free from large crowds.

Visitors can participate in special educational activities operated by instructors who are trained to accommodate guests with sensory sensitivities. There will also be a designated quiet room for guests.

🌟 Staff Professional Development Day at Endeavor! 🌟

Today, we had the wonderful opportunity to bring our team together for a dedicated day of professional growth and connection. Throughout the day, staff were able to expand their knowledge of ABA practices and sharpen their skills through creative games and engaging activities designed by our clinical team and BCBAs. In addition to clinical learning, our staff also participated in training that focused on enhancing their understanding of the work environment and strengthening collaboration across the team.

A highlight of the day was getting hands-on CPR certification, ensuring our staff are well-prepared to keep safety at the forefront of everything we do. And of course, no great training day is complete without great food. Everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch from Chipotle while connecting and recharging together.

We are proud of our team for their commitment to learning, growth, and delivering the highest quality care to our clients and their families. Days like these remind us that when we invest in our staff, we strengthen our mission and the community we serve. 💙

It’s been one whole year of Lex bringing energy, laughter, and nonstop positivity to Endeavor, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 💙

Lex is known for his bubbly personality, willingness to jump in wherever needed, and the way he makes everyone feel seen and supported. Whether he’s hyping up a teammate, helping out in a pinch, or just being his cheerful self, Lex makes the clinic a brighter place every day ✨

When we asked Lex about his favorite project so far, he shouted out the Father’s Day event 💙, no surprise there, since it had his energy all over it!

Next up for Lex? He’s looking to raise his tech level and hopefully learn assessment skills. We love to see that growth mindset in action! 📈

And a fun fact you might not know: almost all of Lex’s regular clothes are thrifted. 🧥♻️ Now that’s style with personality and purpose!

Today we’re celebrating an incredible 10 years with the amazing Maday! 💙 Her kindness, dedication, and steady presence have been the heart of our clinic for an entire decade, and we are so grateful.

Over the years, Maday has been a constant source of support and warmth. This past year, her favorite moments included relaxing in the massage chair 💆‍♀️ and enjoying time with the team at our clinic Christmas party 🎄, well-earned moments of rest and joy!

Next on her bucket list? A family cruise to the Bahamas! 🛳️🌴 We hope you get that dream trip soon, Maday, you deserve every bit of sunshine and relaxation!
