Skinny Margarita recipe:
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces silver tequila — about 3 tablespoons
Juice of 1 large
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon light agave nectar
Ice
Instructions
Fill a small cocktail shaker with additional ice. Add the tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and agave. Tightly close and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds (it's longer than you think). Strain into a glass full of ice.
Skinny Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients
3 large ripe avocados
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt (plus more as needed)
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
1 jalapeño, finely diced
juice of 1 lime
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash avocados with a fork until chunky consistency is reached (the yogurt will help smooth things out). Then, add in yogurt and salt stir until well combined. Add in onion, tomatoes, jalapeno and lime juice.
