At Solaris, our mission is to be a source of hope and discovery for families with children that face the challenges of neurodiversity.

We provide pediatric occuaptional and speech therapy in Houston, TX 77092. Through the therapies and education we offer, we help children develop the skills they need to handle day to day activities and to be comfortable in normal, social environments. We help families to understand the child’s viewpoint and how they can continue the therapies at home and school. We offer occupational therapy, spe

ech therapy, physical therapy and yoga therapy, and depending on your child’s needs we may recommend one or a combination of therapies. Our recommendations will be based on a thorough evaluation where we assess motor integration skills (both visual and fine), gross motor, balance, coordination, reflexes, sensory processing skills, communication skills and temperament. Our work with a child and family is more than treating conditions or symptoms; we’re offering a holistic approach to unlock each child’s individual potential. Our aim is to cultivate an environment of peace, joy and love: where families will reach their optimal potential and be confident about their future. The whole family is an inseparable dynamic system. When parents are calm, happy and hopeful, they can influence their children’s behaviors profoundly.

Solaris Pediatric Therapy, located in Houston, Texas, offers occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy with a focus on helping children develop the skills they need to handle day-to-day activities and be comfortable in normal, social environments. Under the leadership of Yulene Broussard, OTR/L, MS, Solaris Pediatric Therapy aims to be a source of hope and discovery for families with children that face mental and physical challenges.

The experienced team provides therapy for many health conditions that affect children, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), cerebral palsy, anxiety, sensory processing disorder, autism, and developmental delays. The therapists at Solaris Pediatric Therapy are trained in multiple therapy techniques and offer a comprehensive program of therapies to meet each child’s needs. Some of the innovative therapies offered include reflex integration, iLs (integrated listening systems) therapy, and Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP™).

The therapists offer a unique treatment approach that takes into consideration a wide variety of factors, such as a child’s ability to regulate their nervous system, sensory processing abilities, visual system, reflexes, and capacity for social engagement. By understanding a child in their totality, the team understands what the world looks like to that particular child and why they experience the challenges they do.
