We provide a unique, tranquil setting with full OB/GYN services, nutritional counseling, and monthly seminars based on the total woman. ABOUT DR. VONNE JONES:

I have wanted to be a doctor for as long as I can remember, and women's health is of the utmost importance to me. Total Women's Care of the Heights will add a new dimension to care and target the total woman. I hope to provide patients with diet and exercise modifications that will change the way a women lives and feels during and after pregnancy. Both obstetric and gynecological services will be provided, along with many opportunities for patients to be educated on a variety of topics through in-house seminars. I created Total Women's Care so that I can accommodate my patients and provide them with the best resources and individualized treatment plans. My primary area of focus is High and Low Risk Obstetrics, however I enjoy caring for each patient at any stage of life, including young women just starting their gynecological journey. We provide a number of in-office procedures including: insertion of contraceptive devices, colposcopy, loop excision electrode procedure, hysteroscopy, and dilation and curettage. I understand that doctor’s visits are not always viewed as pleasurable, but my aim is to create a relaxing, tranquil environment where each patient feels as if she were transported to spa rather than an OB/GYN office. Our office staff is caring and gentle and available to help you with any questions or concerns before, during, and after each visit. When I am not taking care of my patients, I enjoy working out, dancing and listening to music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

They say you shouldn’t have favorites, but we’re pretty sure we have the best team in The Heights.

At Total Women’s Care, we spend our days tackling the “heavy” stuff—hormone imbalances, Endometriosis flares, and diagnostic hurdles. But we also believe that healing happens best in an environment full of joy, laughter, and a team that genuinely loves being together.

When you walk through our doors, you’re not just a patient on a chart. You’re part of a community that’s going to cheer for you, advocate for you, and probably share a laugh (or a wacky pose) with you along the way.

Cheers to a month of advocacy, awareness, and incredible Heights patients! Let’s keep this energy going into April.

A 5-minute habit that could save your life. 🌸🩺

Between your annual wellness exams, the most important advocate for your breast health is you.

Early detection is everything, and the best way to spot a change is to know your “normal” inside and out. We recommend performing a breast self-exam once a month—ideally a few days after your period ends, when breast tissue is least likely to be swollen or tender.

What are you looking for?
✅New lumps or thickening in the breast or underarm area.
✅Changes in the size or shape of the breast.
✅Dimpling, puckering, or redness of the skin.
✅Any ni**le discharge or persistent pain in one spot.

If you notice anything that feels “off,” don’t wait for your next appointment. Trust your intuition and give us a call. Our Heights team is here to provide the advanced diagnostics and peace of mind you deserve.

Do you ever wonder why some weeks you can conquer the world, and others you can barely conquer the laundry? It’s not a lack of willpower—it’s your Hormonal Battery. Your energy levels are directly tied to the rise and fall of estrogen and progesterone throughout the month. Understanding these phases allows you to “cycle sync” your life, choosing high-energy tasks when your battery is full and prioritizing rest when it’s recharging.

At Total Women’s Care, we believe that when you understand your body’s signals, you stop feeling frustrated and start feeling empowered.

Let’s clear up a major misconception: Pregnancy is not a “cure” for Endometriosis. 🛑💛

It is one of the most persistent—and harmful—myths in women’s health. Many women are told that getting pregnant will “reset” their hormones and make their Endo disappear.

While some women may experience a temporary reduction in symptoms due to high levels of progesterone during pregnancy, others find that their symptoms remain the same or even worsen. Most importantly: Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory condition.

Pregnancy does not remove the endometrial-like tissue growing outside the uterus. Symptoms often return shortly after a patient’s cycle resumes postpartum.

At Total Women’s Care, we believe in treating you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms to be “masked.” Whether you are planning for a family or not, you deserve a clinical strategy that addresses the root cause of your pain.
