Fun Fact Friday: Obsession can be a symptom of deeper mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, or obsessive-compulsive disorder. When someone is obsessed with another person, they exhibit signs of intense preoccupation, possessiveness, and a desperate need to control the other person's life, often to the point of stalking, paranoia, and emotional volatility. These behaviors stem from an unhealthy, all-consuming fixation rather than genuine love and may be linked to underlying issues like low self-esteem, insecurity, or other mental health conditions.
