Each month, gathers to move through a different chakra - one color, one energy center, one intention at a time.

This monthly yoga series blends mindful flow, breath, and subtle body awareness in Houston’s new media art museum (Art Club) to inspire connection and creativity.

What started as a little dream to bring affordable, accessible and authentic heated yoga to Houston has blossomed into something bigger than we could have foreseen.
