Meals on Heels Benefit Flow ✨ Join at 3pm | BSY Kirby

In Houston alone, over 1 million people are facing food insecurity. Nobody should feel the pain that hunger causes, especially children who can’t do anything about it, or LGBTQ+ people who have been ostracized or disowned from their families.

Meals on Heels aims to feed as many LGBTQ+ people and children as possible by building and delivering meal kits throughout the Houston community. Join us for this all-level yoga flow to raise awareness of food insecurity in our society and to help fundraise for this important cause. During this class, you can expect an energizing yoga sequence focused on steadying the mind and opening the heart. All proceeds will go to Meals on Heels in their fight to end food insecurity.
