Welcoming this precious baby boy into the world was such an honor. From the moment I met his mom and dad, I felt it — we were perfectly aligned. We clicked, we vibed, and their calm, beautiful energy made supporting them feel so natural. 🌿💙

This amazing couple handled every unexpected change in their birth plan with so much grace. Even when things shifted at the last minute, they stayed connected, informed, and strong. Their provider and L&D RN? Absolute rockstars. It was truly a team effort filled with compassion and care. ✨

Mama birthed with courage.
Dad supported with unwavering love.
Baby arrived gently, surrounded by peace and calmness.
And my heart left blooming. 💐
Auntie Doula Tay is definitely in awe of his cuteness!

Being a doula is a part of my true purpose. Serving families in these sacred moments is the greatest blessing, and I’m so grateful God continues to trust me with this work. ❤️

✨💛 BABIES & BUMPS RECAP 💛✨

What an incredible experience at this year’s Babies & Bumps event in Sugar Land, TX! I’m still smiling from all the love, learning, and connection that filled the room.

A heartfelt thank you to Monica Infante, the founder of Babies & Bumps, for creating such a beautiful space for parents and parents-to-be to access valuable resources, education, and support. Your vision truly makes a difference. 💛

It was an honor to serve as a speaker on birth planning and to demonstrate baby positioning for labor. Sharing this knowledge with growing families is exactly why I do this work. 🌿✨

I also want to shout out my beautiful doula sisters — Jalecia, Chaka, and Shamir — for your love, encouragement, and support throughout the day. Y’all keep me grounded and lifted at the same time. 🤍💐

And a special thank you to our little helper Jaleel, who was the sweetest mini-assistant ever — truly the star of the day! 🌟

Looking back at last year’s Floral Maternal Wellness Retreat still fills my heart with so much gratitude 🌸💗 Watching these beautiful moms rest, reflect, and reconnect reminded me exactly why I do this work — because every mama deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

A huge thank you to Mrs. Pat Houck and her incredible team at The House of Blooms in Sugar Land, TX for graciously opening their doors and allowing me to create a safe, peaceful space for moms to simply be. 💐

🌿 From comforting my first mama in labor to now teaching and demoing at Babies & Bumps, this journey has been nothing short of divine. 💕 Being a doula is more than a calling — it’s my ministry. Supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum reminds me daily of God’s grace, strength, and the sacredness of new life.

This weekend, I’m honored to have the opportunity to:
✨ Demo “Baby Positions” for Birth — showing practical ways parents can help baby find the optimal position for labor.
✨ Teach a Birth Planning 101 class — empowering families to create calm, collaborative birth and postpartum experiences through informed choices.

Hey peeps! One year ago, I hosted my first ever Floral Maternal Wellness Retreat— and it changed everything. This event wasn’t just about pretty flowers. 💐 It was about giving moms a sacred space to breathe, journal, reflect, and feel seen. I created this free event to hold space for women that need it most.
