Heyyyyyyyyy hey hey y’all!!! We’re still here, still workin!!!

Most of you know, we had baby #3 back in July of 2022! wooooo hoo!! Last baby… but she definitely kicked my butt. Losing weight and staying in shape over 35 has been TOUGH to say the least.

But I’m back!! And guess what?!! I’ll be starting online workouts beginning June 13th!! That’s right!! Every Tuesday evening I will be going live to put you through the strenuous, home workouts I conduct on a daily. TONE IT UP TUESDAYS!! 😍
