Michelle Kelly teaches yoga for everyone โ the strong, the weak, the flexible, the inflexible, the balanced, the not so balanced. She dedicates her time to helping people feel their bodies. Michelle believes in the power of yoga as a tool for personal transformation. After spending years struggling with back and neck pain, she found yoga and it has helped her build strength and flexibility where there wasnโt much of either. Yoga has helped Michelle cultivate healthy relationships and manage life stress better. Michelle wants to help others increase their strength and flexibility, so they can enjoy life as they continue on their journey. She loves being a part of the Houston yoga community, learning and sharing along with her teachers and students. Michelle and her husband split their time between Houston, TX and Steamboat Springs, CO along with their dog Bear
Michelle completed her teacher training in June 2017. She has studied extensively in Houston, TX with Rachel Tenenbaum of I Am Living and Andrew Royal Dugas, founder of Yoga Better.
